Custom game crash

1. Start custom game
2. Import team
3. Go team edit window
4. Game crashes

(5.) If you have starting year example 2050 then player ages are +29 years

Also would be nice:
1. Add team without players

Yeah, definitely something wrong there, I get the crash as well. We'll get that fixed.
