Alles Minors (Single A) Join Date: Jun 2021 Posts: 88	Cannot sign Russians. Hello! I started new Historical game with Iron curtain rule turned off. Challenge mode is turned off. I can find soviet players in search, but there is no option to sign them in the action menu. How do I sign them?
