Here is "Duck" done once over with the larger, clearer source image. I think it turned out better but it still kind of has that impressionist or neo-classic look to it. Sort of like it's from a mural or a fresco. Thanks for the new image, Cinemaodyssey

Probably should have run this through Remini beforehand but typically the Old Judge images don't fare well. This one turned out pretty nicely.

Looking for an Allen Russell colorized photo with the Yankees. This is the only picture I could find so hopefully it's not too dark.

Allen "Rubberarm" Russell colorized with the New York Yankees. I looked as best I could and I couldn't find an alternate for Russell either, a few with the Senators but nothing closer with the Yanks. I think it looks all right in the way the photo is presented, but as you remarked, the shadows on the face make it questionable to use for a portraiture.

UPDATE: I have received another image of Russell from a generous contributor. I have colorized it
