how could USSR have a 4-0-0 record but only have 4 pts
Canada is at 1-1-2 and they only have 2 pts
this is the 1960 Olympics

Looks like it's not counting overtime wins or losses in the points total for that tournament, in your case I'm guessing the USSR had 2 OT wins. I'm guessing the point totals for those two results are set wrong in the database, we'll get that fixed.

they shouldn't have overtime wins at all as in 1960 Olympics didn't have overtime then

Ah, missed that, looks like it's set incorrectly for that one year (56 and 64 have ties.) We'll get that fixed.
