Import Player loads VERY SLOWLY

Import player function loads extremely slowly after updates, making mass imports of historical players impractical. I don't recall it being this slow.

The slow import is a side-effect of some changes that were necessary to make the names in the historical database compatible with the name lists in the modern database - until we did that, a large number of historical players were getting mismatched last names when you tried to import them. I think the best solution here might be to allow multiple player imports to be run at once, so it's not necessary to repeat the loading process for every import. I'll see if we can do that.
