Pre-Playoffs

Is there a way to create pre-playoffs in a custom game? I always see the tab when I'm looking at the standings but I've never seen it in action.

Again, does anyone know anything about pre-playoffs and if they're able to be done in custom games?

No, not possible right now, those have to be hard-coded for the specific leagues that use them.
