How to Pull Up Trade Offers I've Made That Haven't Been Responded To?

FHM 8, Windows 10, Steam, game is set up to automatically update when updates are made available

I'm playing a game in the NIHL, Sheffield Steeldogs. Another NIHL team proposed a trade. I 'discussed' it, made a modification, and clicked "Offer Trade." Nothing really happened, and it just left the trade screen. I continued to the next day, no news on a decision. I was going through some other stuff, but I wanted to go back and look at the trade offer. How do I pull that trade proposal back up, considering it hasn't been accepted or declined yet?

You'll get a response in a couple days, so if you sim a few more days, you should get an answer!

Well, the problem there is that I have a game coming up in the next cycle and for multiple reasons I'd rather not play it before I know what I was doing with the trade...besides, with all due respect, that's really kind of saying "there's no way of doing it," right? And this seems like a rather elementary thing to be able to do, if you want to go back and see if you screwed up a trade request.

I mean, this is supposed to immerse you into the reality of running a team...are we saying I should have written down the trade proposal on paper to be able to go back and see what I did?

You can dislike if you want, and maybe it'll be something we change in the future, but what you offered will show up when you receive a response. I'm not sure why you're worried about it before your next game, although if you care to share, that would be interesting to know your perspective on it.

When you receive the offer back, even if it's accepted, you have 14 days to make a decision (the trade isn't completed until you give a final okay). So if you manually did multiple offers, you can wait until all of them come back before making your choice.

I used incorrect phrasing. It's not so much that I wanted to know before I played my next game, but I DID want to know before advancing to the next day. Why? For the reason that just happened: I advanced a day and the suitor came back and said no to my offer, and countered with the exact same terms he started with last time. Now I need to go back and try to come up with something different, but I don't see any way of going back to see what changes I offered last time, to make sure I don't duplicate it. And now I've just lost a day in the process.

I get what you're saying...but again, in the real world, GMs would be able to pull up something - ANYTHING - that would offer details of a trade offer they gave to another GM. So it would just seem that going forward I need to write these down somewhere before I submit a trade offer, especially if I have multiple trade discussions going at once.

You could always use the in-game manager notes:

Manager -> Notes -> Create Note

True, that's a good idea! AND, I think I can jot follow-up accept/reject/discuss notes as well after the fact. Thanks!
