silvam14 is an amazing person... not only is he wonderfully talented and skilled graphically, he is a darn nice person to deal with on a personal level.
In my humble opinion, silvam14 ranks in the top 20 of the OOTP all-time greats. We have been blessed by him and his work. Thank you, silvam14. Last edited by Eugene Church; 11-23-2021 at 10:54 AM. |

Thanks EC. I take that as extremely high praise coming from you. I do what I can to help out where I can. I’m glad to have been able to help the community while also scratching a stadium itch I had for a long time. I will always be looking to improve my models, but I have been having fun actually playing in them more this year! Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yep, I whole-heartedly and totally agree with you... there ain't nothin' better than playing OOTPB... it might be good to create stadiums, collect stadiums and graphics for the OOTP game, but it is really special to create a dream league and then play out the games using all the great Mods and graphics you guys have done for us... and use them along with the marvelous animation in the game. I'm in heaven when I play out each of my games in my South Island League... you guys have made my baseball dream world almost come alive. I almost would rather play out a game in OOTP than to attend a real game... actually, to tell the truth, I might enjoy OOTP better. And of course, it is a little bit cheaper, too... 10 cents a day to play...as opposed to $100 or more a game to go to a MLB game. Last edited by Eugene Church; 11-23-2021 at 02:26 PM. |

Here are some of my edits to your Metrodome. I added the Twins behind the plate and then also added in the advertisements on the baggy in right field, the milk jug that was seen there in the mid-2000's, and then the Bud and Verizon ads over the top of the service door.

Backgrounds of custom ballparks not showing up
For me with OOTP 22, the backgrounds of the stadiums are not showing up, day or night, for several custom ballparks, as 1947 Forbes, but are for others, like 1952 Yankee. When it doesn't work, it's just jet black, as you see in the photo below. I didn't have this issue with 21. Is there anything I can adjust in the game settings to fix this? I'm not computer savvy, so not comfortable with my tech skills to want to mess with settings I'm unfamiliar with. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanx!

Unlock park from background
Is there any way with your parks that have non-skybox backgrounds to unlock the stadium from the background so that when the camera pans around, the background doesn't move with the stadium?

I know what you mean, but I don't think there is a way.. This is something probably needed from the developer

I kind of figured that, since the non-sky box backgrounds that come with your parks are built into the SketchUp file. That is why it doesn't happen with sky boxes. However, in my opinion, your backgrounds are better because you can't get his historic pictures for sky boxes. If there was a way to make sky boxes with your backgrounds with transparent skies, that might work. Thanks for your response. |

Silvam, I hate to be a request pest, but could you please make an update to the Yokohama Stadium model? They've added extra wings to the midfield over the last few seasons, boosting capacity north of 34,000.
