Pack issue?

I bought a pack and opened it on my tablet, I don't see any players on my team from the pack i opened on my PC. I had a 93/94 will smith there and not happy now i don't see him on my team on my PC he was 93/94 Blue here is what they look like.

Also here is the player on my team and player stats.

You can see he is not on my roster as active any ideas or reserve, I am also wondering if this player is a diamond player. Does anyone know I bot a 1,000pp pack and got this card in it.

The pack you opened is from Perfect Team 21, not Perfect Team 22. That's why you're not seeing those cards in your collection in Perfect Team 22.

I opened the pack with OOTP22 though so it should be there, I see it in my manage card list.

While the latter pictures you posted in your original post are from OOTP22, the first picture you posted in your original post (the triple diamond pull) was from OOTP21, not OOTP22. This is because the card designs are different between OOTP21 and 22. Therefore the card would not be in OOTP22. The two games do not transfer between each other in terms of Perfect Team.

I was using the old blue card image, As an example of the blue card. I got in OOTP22 Perfect Team.

Ah, I'm seeing the issue now. The Will Smith card you're talking about is not *activated* on your roster, and listed as Inactive. Inactive means it doesn't show up on your reserve or active roster. You would need to click the "Activate" button as shown in the second picture to make him usable.
