Setting Individual Pitch Count Limit

I am trying to set pitch count limits for my pitchers so they don’t throw 130 pitches per game. I found it on the player strategy section for a player, but it is set at none and it is greyed out. Won’t let me set a numerical limit. Can someone help me?

Maybe the manager doesn't allow you to control this area.
