How do you add a minor league team?

I manualy expanded my league. However, no minor league teams were created for the two teams. All I have are reserve rosters (1981 league).


I did this once before but have forgotten how.

Yes, its hard to do this, even if you've done it before. It is described well in the manual.

First you need to go to the league(s) that you want to expand. Then find the teams screen, the one that shows who owns each team. Then you add two teams to one division and pick the major league club that will own it.

Lots more detail in the manual, but it does work.

THANKS for that reply. In the Manual I did a search on 'Affiliating Minor Leagues Team' and found nothing helpful. I tried the manual and couldn't locate where this was at. When I go into League Structure, I can bring up the MLB Teams and their AAA franchises. I created two new franchises, but I have no idea how to link them.The Minor League Report is just that, a report.



I found out how to ADD a minor league and to add new teams to a minor league, but not how to connect those two 'lonely' minor league franchises without an affiliiaton. The Reserve Roster will fill up within a couple of drafts and it'd be nice to be able to split them up amongst tminor league eams.
