Uniform/Logo Customization Problem

I'm having trouble accessing all my uniforms and logos. I go to Drive>Home>Desktop and nothing shows up so I can't acess any of the files I have on my desktop. I am doing something wrong, do I need to store my files in another spot besides my desktop

I tend to put my logos and uniform pieces as a subfolder under the appropriate OOTP folder, so on a PC my logos are a subfolder under here:

C:\Users\MYNAME\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 23\logos

And I sometimes have subfolders under that subfolder. So "International Custom" might have each country's league. I t shouldn't matter where it is though. What format are the files saved as?
