DFA? 40 man roster?

Is there a way to DFA a guy in GO? I have a guy batting .091 and my regular is back from IL. I don't want to release the guy, but he refuses his assignment and releasing him seems like my only option.

Is there a 40-man roster? I don't even know how to tell what options have been used!

Yes, for some reason it’s disabled by default (I’m assuming it’s to cater to people playing for the first time.)

In league settings, click “view” then “advanced options” and go through and enable waivers, 40-man, etc
