Philadelphia Phillies 64-98 GM jumped to his favorite team. He had a Player to be Named Later Agreement with another team. I normally do not moderate these, but this is a unique circumstance. The Phils will give up their 2nd and 4th pick to the team that was traded with, but the GM that jumped to the Blue Jays will give the Phils his new 2nd and 4th pick.

Strong league. Welcoming of newbs. You need league and we need GMs, I try to be appreciative as a commish of the time you give up to participate.

We are making every effort to hold off simming and the expansion draft until these teams are filled so as to allow new GMs to control the 20 man protection list that will be submitted for the team, and control the teams’ offseason from the start.
