In-game email

Apologies if there is a thread for this already - I'm a co-commissioner of a daily sim online league which has used Gmail to send daily results emails to the GMs. Google has blocked less secure apps (those which only support username + password authentication) from sending email on behalf of a user. This effectively means Gmail cannot be used from within OOTP.

Two questions
- are there any plans from OOTP to support 2FA required to send from Gmail?
- have any commissioners moved to other email services and if so which and would you recommend them?

I'm using an email forwarder from my host provider. I set-up forwarders for the game engine, the commissioner email & all the team owners. Makes it easy to manage. When a player drops, go into email forwarder settings & delete the forward to address.
