Just started playing the game and made a save with custom leagues, but there seems to be no way to adjust the relative budget sizes of each league or the typical player salaries. All the major leagues have budgets that are basically the same despite having different talent levels and player salaries. Also some leagues have the typical player salaries as the same, again despite the difference in talent level. Is there any way to change this?
