Missing card

I was unable to use my OOTP22 ID and password for OOTP23. I had to create a new ID and password for OOTP23. Because of this the loyalty card of Brooks Robinson was not transferred to OOTP23. Can this card be added to my roster.

I also had to create a new account for OOTP 23 PT instead of being able to use my account from 22. In addition, my OOTP Go isn't linking to the 23 version.
