This was a shameful and unfortunate end to a discussion with some merit. I have not yet seen or tested any of the results form the most recent patch, or whether it was or is being determined this is something that needs attention or work.

Does anyone have some information regarding this subject?

Syd is in the know and won't say it's fixed. So at this point I'd say known info is being suppressed and it's up to the consumers to investigate and test to find the truth.

Okay, I just wrapped up my first regular season with OOTP23. Random Debut league set in 2013, 156 game schedule, 24 teams. The top 2 stolen base guys both stole 70+(at work, so can't say exact) and both were caught roughly 10 to 12 times. This is looking good. So much better than the old 70 stolen bases, 45 time caught stealing. One of the leaders was Tim Raines. Will have to check when I get home, but I think Raines is 21 years old. If so, his totals come really close to his actual numbers at that age.

I know when I was testing, I could run the same season twice and one year Raines steals 140 bases, the next sim he does like 60. I do think we're in a better place for the Henderson/Raines tier of players, since they can hit 80 or 100+ steals in a season without getting caught 40-50 times like they would have in the past to get to those totals. How we can regress some of those values so that you don't have too many guys hit 100 in a year, yeah, that probably needs a little more work on our end.

High end stolen bases are still out of control in the latest patch.....Obviously this issue isn't real high on the priority list. Anything Matt?
