Creating offline save of an online league

There are a few trades I am considering in my league and I was wondering if it would be possible to make an offline save of the online file where I was commissioner. Please let me know if this is possible.

Also, sorry if this is the wrong place to put it. Maybe this should go in Tech support?

In order for that to happen I believe the commissioner of the league would need to create a separate file just for you where he already has all of the online league setting disabled, so the only way to get that would be by going through your commissioner and seeing if he'd be open to doing that.
