Long Running Random Debut Baseball League Moving to 23

We have been operating an online league since 2012 and playing OOTP since 2002 have moved to OOTP 23. Each June's amateur draft is made up of random players from MLB history and our plan is to recycle non HOF players every 25 seasons or so and keep the league going in perpetuity. We just finished the 2054 season and have 3 openings.

I keep this list up to minute updated, so if you see it listed, its available.

We use Slack for our communications and StatsPlus for the amateur draft and year end awards. With equalized markets and a soft salary cap, an involved owner can turn a team around in 1-2 seasons.

Advanced Draft Negotiations: On- If you are not smart with your money, you may not be able to sign all your draft picks
Minor League System: Complete
Playoffs: Modern (3 Wild Cards per league, Division Series, League Championship Series, World Series) 7-7-7-7 w/ best 2 records getting first round bye. Reseeding after each round.
Designated Hitter: Both Leagues
2012 CBA Rule Changes: Enabled
All teams start off with same fan interest, market size, loyalty so there are no advantages financially
50MM Max Cash carry over year to year.
Lottery system for top 10 draft spots to discourage tanking
