Minor leaguers in a new league.

I'm trying to set up a historical league back in the 70's and want to include all the real minor league players. I usually sim setup with ghost players but wanted to try something completely different. But I'm doing it wrong and still getting all ghost players. I tried the "import real minor leaguers" option but it was only available after league creation.

I am in OOTP22.

Perplexed.

Isn't there an option for historical minor leagues (rather than import minor league players).

Should be a box you tick in the wizard to create real life minor teams.
