WPORBL-95 and WPORBL-75 Openings

We have two retro, slower-paced leagues with openings. Both leagues have the same format. The first started in 1974 and is currently wrapping up April 1975 and has 3 openings - A's, Cubs, and Indians. The 1995 league started with 1994 and just migrated to OOTP23 after our World Series (1994 won by the Reds). That league is in early November with the rookie draft beginning in about 8 days.

Both leagues utilize Stats+, use SLACK for communication, and play daily SIM's of 2 days each. These leagues share league rules which makes things much easier to manage.
