WHL draft - no players

So I have just reached the part of the season where I should have the draft but I have no options to start the draft. I click on play and it brings up the draft screen but there are no team orders, no mock drafts and no players available to select. If I click play again the day passes with no team drafting a player.

Could you upload that save (uploading instructions are here) I'm not sure from the description exactly what might be going wrong there.
