League editing used to be disabled for the AHL, it isn't now.

No college option for custom games, only in the standard game. Far too much special coding needed for college play for it to work in a highly-customizable environment, it may happen eventually but it's going to be a big project.

This is a very exciting changelist overall, but I'm particularly pleased by the fact that the World Championships rosters AI has been adjusted, and that some NA players will now opt out of the tournament.

I'm assuming some major euro players will also decline but that it will be less prevalent depending on the country. I would love to know more about that.

I felt like the international side of the game really needed some improvements somehow as it was pretty unbalanced , in part due to those NHL powerhouse teams winning almost everytime. I lost interest in WC very quickly.

This change is a great step in the right direction and I can't wait to manage international teams again and to see the new dynamics

First off, I want to congratulate you and the team on the newest edition, and as a loyal fan since FHM3, I can honestly say this game just gets better and better each year, to the point where it's one of the few games that I actually make room in my budget for each year.

With that said, I watched some of the reveal video, and thought I caught something that has been on my wish list for some time, but wasn't sure if I heard it wrong, or if it's different than what I'm thinking. So is it true that if the culture of a team is bad, it can affect the players on that team / possible signings? I heard the discussion about the Blackhawks, and that Kane and Toews were angry about being there, and just wanted to know if perhaps that's something new for this year, and that culture / ownership now has an impact on players wanting to be traded or that it's more difficult to sign new players.

And Based on Head coaches attributes and preferencies.?

Yeah, the non-North American countries have a similar mechanic to handle WC declines as Canada/US, but it's not as severe so they'll generally have most of their best players available.

Just looking at the first couple of years in the test I currently have running, Canada did win in 2023 but they didn't dominate (and had Ryan Reaves on the team, among other people), and Sweden won in 2024.

Wanted to do it, but there are some issues with the internal mechanics of the way chemistry develops that will have problems if a chemistry rating suddenly appears that's above a particular level (which will vary by player.) If we get the editing in, it'll probably be with some limitations to get around that issue.

Free Agent signings don't take team harmony into account yet, although that's probably going to get added at some point. Extreme unhappiness leading to trade demands was something that was actually part of the unhappiness system a while back, but had to be pulled out in a redesign a few years ago. I'd like to get it back in.

Can you make the chemistry acquisition slower then? As right now i have certain players get legendary chemistry after like two/three seasons and yet have zero chemistry with someone who they played 10 plus seasons.

Also what parameters are taking into account for developing chemistry? For example i will have player A who is first line and PP gets a line chemistry with a 3rd liner or a 3rd pair D and yet they hardly spent time together on ice.

How is it with Olympics, WCH, WCH U20? There were some wild results with Canada and USA. And this two countries practically owned this tournaments.

Is that somehow tweaked?
