Rule 5 Draft Didn't Happen

I just got to my first full offseason - playing as an expansion team in regular MLB league. I got to mid January and realized the Rule 5 draft had not occurred in December. It is enabled in my league settings, and is showing the date the following December when it will occur. What happened here and how can I fix this?

Hey Slammer, can you walk me through your setup for that save? Was it a live start or a standard start? Standard start without live start should have the rule 5 already scheduled so it shouldn't have any issue with that. Let me know and I'll review that with our latest build to see if we need to look into that.
