Adding new arenas

Is there a way to add a new arena to the list? I know you can build an arena as an owner, but is there a way to override that? On the old versions you could, but the versions now, it resets at the end of the season.

In historical? You can turn that off in the historical league editing options in Manager Options, it's the bottom setting.
