Game crashes on specific date

So every time I try to play to a specific date in my expansion team simulation - April 9, 2024, the day the playoffs are supposed to start - the game crashes. It reloads fine, everything is still there, and I can tool around and make moves, but when I try to continue on the game crashes.

In all likelihood this is because I messed up the playoff structure: I reconfigured the league into two conferences (no divisions) and forgot to change the set up the playoffs. If that's it, anyone know a way to manually fix that, any workaround? Because right now I’m stuck.

I've supported a help ticket, but just in case this is a common occurrence thought I'd post it here in a plea for help.

Can you upload the save (instructions here)? I'll have a look and see if it's fixable.

We were able to set the playoffs to the basic 16-team mode for this season - send me an email at jeff@ootpdevelopments.com and I'll share it with you on dropbox.
