Special Teams Icetime
Most notably on the powerplay, the 1st unit tends to get way more ice time than the 2nd, even with the percentages set to 51/49. Very often they're getting over 75% and sometimes 90%+. Of course, this leads to my top players getting massive ice time in some games, leaving them tired.
It is noticeable on the PK too, but not nearly as much, I assume due to having 3 units vs 2. |

The first unit, if it's rested, will normally start the penalty kill, which will tend to give them a large edge in total icetime. I think we need to make that decision a little less clear-cut. I'm not sure if we're going to be able to get it close to 50-50, but it should be possible to keep it from getting that one-sided.
