Problem With Drafts in Custom Leagues

There seems to be a problem with draft eligible players in my two Custom Leagues. Top players on the Futures List just stay there into their 20's and never get drafted. After a while if they are well rated they will be signed to a minor league contract but, because their Top League rights stay at "none" (they don't go to "free"), they never go to the top league even if they are highly rated.

In a related issue, It seems that all players drafted into the top league played only 1 or less seasons in Juniors. They were never drafted in the junior draft. It seems as if there is a whole separate group of players that the Top league has to chose from. It almost seems pointless to have a Junior League at all.

Both of the Saves in question began in FHM 6 and were subsequently imported into 7, 8, and 9. Since I haven't seen anyone else report this issue, I assume the problem came to be from one of the previous versions of the game.

Is there some trigger that should be in place for undrafted players to be able to sign with the top league as a free agent? At what age?

Why are these highly rated and high potential players not getting drafted into the top league at all?

Upload the save and we'll have a look at it, I'm not sure what would be causing that but it definitely could've been something that was introduced in an earlier version.

I uploaded one of them and called it "PHA-DataFiles.zip". If there is a way to fix the save I will then upload the other as well. Thank you for the support!

A couple of the fixes in the first update have corrected some of the rights-related issues, but we're still trying to figure out why you're getting that group of players who seem to be generated as if there were no junior league (and why the junior league has nothing but terrible prospects.)
