ECAC playoff seedings wrong

The ECAC playoff seedings are using the total points the teams scored which incorrectly includes non conference games instead of only using the points they earned in conference games only. The conference screen correctly shows the cutoff (top 8 in ECAC's case) but the actual playoff seedings didn't follow that when the playoffs started which is a huge problem for equity. Can that get fixed? I didn't check the other NCAA seedings.

Working on a couple of other college playoff issues first, then we'll take a look at using only conference games for playoff seeding (it can be done, but requires some extra coding.)
