Brand New League: 1995 Random Debut
New startup league:

Random Debut Historic Baseball League

It’s 1995, MLB history has been erased. Players from all eras will join the league at some point. Starting the league with a 135 round inaugural draft to fill MLB, AAA, AA, A and R league. Also to feature a 45 game Winter League for prospect development.
OOTP 23
Coaching/Scouting ON
Relative ratings ON
20-80 scouting with max ratings enabled
IL 7 days
DH both Leagues
Development 1.2
Aging .750
Amateur draft lottery (6 teams)
IFA
Sims are Monday thru Friday times TBD. Inaugural draft order
