Draft pick issues back again!!!

I can't believe it. After redoing my 69 start game up to the year 75 and the last update/fix the draft pick issue is back. I am upset, thinking this is resolved. See below.

Since I play each game out, what waste of time. Fixed to be unfixed.

I've tried replicating this with a couple of different starts, but I'm not getting what you're seeing. Can you upload that save and we'll try to see what exactly is going wrong there? We may be able to fix the save for you as well.
