Arizona Diamondbacks - Complete rebuild, both on the field and financially. New GM's can amnesty release one contract. 5th pick in the upcoming draft.

New Jersey Pioneers - Recent expansion franchise, have not topped 55 wins yet. Healthy financially and have 3 Top 100 prospects, led by SP Nelson Estrella. 2nd pick in the upcoming draft.
