Any idea when the next update will be?

CHL is still awarding 3 Memorial Cup Hosts each season. As well, QMJHL goaltenders are not showing stats from previous seasons in the league.

I remember that there should be a patch some time in Feb. It's a content patch so I am looking forward to it!

Not been watching scouting mechanism so much or how does AI is drafting. But I think scouting mechanism is too strong on player and AI.

I think there should be something like: "None scouts can't have option to give perfect scouting report of all players. Not even 20/20 scouts."
There needs to be some "scouting errors" also. Not sure if there are already some but if there are then there should be more. Using algorithm like this then there should be possible to get "bust players" that have good scouting report by some scouts but really player is not that good. Also this makes some players to go undetectable and it is more possible to get late round steals. Those "steal players" have low international represent or low stats/game performance where they are playing and/or number of times scouted = low.

So I'm not been looking so much of AI drafting but if this is not already done then they need to draft/transfer/trade/sign players by using their team scouting data and not to use database data to do those things.

- there are resrictions on what I can offer ($20m), which means top-end FA's (even my own) won't sign with me because other teams can offer more

I also forgot that during the mid-2020s there are a lot of high-level prospects that don't get signed. There is also an issue with the allowable contract size in the off-season. I may have 5 guys I don't want to sign, but I can't sign my prospects because those guys are still on the "roster".

Jeff said on last nights stream a beta of the new update will be released on Steam Friday and kept up over the weekend. If everything works well they'd fully release the update next week sometime.

In Initial Drafts, when you add historical players, they still are not showing up in the draft. Just did a test run. I thought this would be corrected.
