2D icons with players name

Hello,

Just got the game today,

I was watching a Youtube video showing the user playing a 2D game and
saw names of players just over their icon. I have looked in the mod forum
to get this but can't find anything. Where can i get this mod ?

It's not a mod, it's an option. When you start the game, click on SETTINGS at the bottom. It's in there.
