We use Slack for our league comms

Myself and another GM are Co-Commisioners so we have redundancy and ensure our sims are always run at the scheduled days.

Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday-Sunday sim dates (offseason daily)

Notable points:
1) We have just expanded 2 teams (Montreal and Carolina) and re-aligned divisions to 4 divisions of 8 with 2 division winners and 4 WC qualifying from each league.
2) We shut off scouting discoveries and make an IAFA pool 600 players. The player demands are shut off and teams can trade IAFA Budget space (to a max of $8 mil per team) to create a more realistic July IAFA signing period. (IAFA Pool also drops 100 days before July, so like the draft there is a scouting window before you make decisions on signings/trading space).
3) Scouting settings are changed from default, here the ratings are 100% based on talent and not 65% talent and 35% stats (OSA also set to low accuracy) so in effect, scouts are ALWAYS more accurate than OSA which is now relegated to Baseball America level of accuracy where its way behind the actual reports for the most part. Also, because its based 100% on player talent any player developments or nerfs are recognized instantly once your scout is able to get a new report which causes more volatility especially with amateur players. (Random Talent Change is set to 1.000)

We are in need of a new Twins GM. The previous GM won the lottery to take over the expansion Expos and the replacement has had to step down after one year but the Twins are a year removed from an ALCS appearance.

I have played OOTP for a while now and this is the most active and competitive League I have played in to-date.

The International Free Agency set-up is very realistic and adds a challenging component to the game for your overall roster building. Instead of generally trying to pluck the best talent when it is your turn to pick, as we do in the normal Rule IV Draft (which still happens), the Int FA Draft allows you to choose your target or target(s) and customize (if you win the bid!) the types of players you pursue, which can facilitate and fill in gaps in your farm system as the seasons pass.

Both commissioners are very active and interactive and they run a nice, clean ship. The League members are friendly, fun, and responsive, overall, which really increases the enjoyment level.

Highly recommend this League if you are an active OOTP player (don't join if you don't have the time to export regularly), you like a challenge, and are committed for the long haul, because this League will require your greatest effort and skill to master, against so many high quality owners. That being said, it is worth it!

To echo what Robert said, this is a well-run, active league. The commissioners are transparent, and the GMs are fun and engaging. I've been here since the beginning and can't imagine leaving. Not only are we all about the fake baseball, but we sometimes commiserate and kid each other about what happens in real life, too.

We're a good fit if you're looking for a drama-free league with talented, active GMs.

To echo the sentiments here, I try to cater to the active GM's, I don't delay Sims for stragglers so if you want consistency and a difficult and engaging league, this is for you. We routinely get 26+ exports every sim day.

Previous GM pulled the plug after losing in the ALCS a few years back and traded Bo and Vlad and then found out its hard to find players as good as Bo and Vlad. Jays boast a good farm system and fairly solid financials (They got a market bump during their competitive years and are a "Big" market)







Very active league (we went through round 1 of the draft of 32 teams in 24 hours) and very competitive. Could use a steady hand capable of finishing off the rebuild.

Should point out, its a very tough league. There are so many active GM's that its not easy to win consistently unless you are willing to put in the effort.
