Human GM to all teams or only one? How about 2 teams?
Can the Human General Manager oversee just two teams (or more but not all teams)? Looks like the options are one team or all teams.

You can create a new GM and take over any team. That way you have two teams, not all.
I do know the option about All the teams, I have never understood why it might be there in some instances. JFB |

Thanks, OK, I will try that, I see there is an edit to add a GM.

That option is there for people who want to have total control over all the teams in a league, to control transactions, roster moves, finances, and even in-game decisions. There are few people who use that option, but it can be useful if you're running a game where you want complete control over the entire league.

You can always create a new game and choose to play in Commissioner Mode, which gives you the ability to act as the GM/manager of any team when you want. You can use this option to switch back and forth between two teams, even though you may only have one GM/manager profile. When this option is enabled, you can choose to "act as" the GM/manager of any team by using the menu under your name in the user interface.

Again thanks, being new I am looking for the best way for everything! I like the control of all teams, but injuries make me have to look almost constantly at each team, so I am just trying to move the game as fast as I can but still with control. I am simming 1984 to present recreating what I did over the past 30 plus years to catch up today!!!! I have the time, but I do want to move a little quicker. Again thanks.

If you go into your manager menu and then Manager Options, look for the Team Control Settings options in the lower-right of the screen. Then you can toggle the Active Roster Moves option to let the Computer AI handle that. You can set any of the other options the way you prefer as well, and that can help automate dealing with injuries. The trade-off is that the same setting also means the AI can promote and demote players, and occasionally it makes some dumb decisions in that regard. |
