Fictional team, inaugural draft

I love how you’re able to add another team to the historic ootp GO-my question is it doesn’t appear you’re able to have that team draft from other teams, there’s no inaugural draft for a fictional team. I know with the desktop version you can do that, wondering how you can do that with the iOS version

Are you talking about adding a team via the expansion draft module? That is exclusive to the desktop version of OOTP, sorry.
