Font/Screen Resolution Issue

I have a Galaxy A11. I can't see the whole screen with the latest patch. I tried adjusting the font size, but now I can't even see the save button on the settings dialog.

I’m having the same issue in my iPhone 11. The screen is too big and I can’t see everything. It just started a day or two ago.
