Starting a tournament

In setting up a 32-team GTOP elimination tournament, before starting the very first game, how do I ensure that the remaining games in the "first round" are NOT AUTOMATICALLY simulated after completion of that first game? And how do I ensure the the mgr makes ALL the game decisions?

I think its at the bottom on the screen that shows all the games for the day, a button for simulate world in the background. Uncheck it.
