fuzzy_patters All Star Starter Join Date: Jul 2011 Posts: 1,805	I wonder how much of this is caused by the extremely high strikeout rates in the modern environment. Let’s say a player struck out three times the average strikeout rate in 1940. If I put them in 2023, will they also strike out at three times the average strikeout rate? That would give them a massive strikeout rate in such an extreme strikeout environment.
