Where did the base coaches go with update?

I updated the game to Version 29.9.80.
I am in the offseason between the 2028-29 seasons.
When I went to look at my coaching staff, the first and third base coaches are gone as is the ability to sign coaching duties.
Has this been eliminated from the game or is this a glitch?

There's a global setting for allowing base coaches. It's possible that got accidentally unchecked somehow. Otherwise all major leagues should have base coaches allowed, and that hasn't changed in this update.

That was it. I don't know how it happened. I can't remember the last time I opened the particular window.

I still think there are computer gremlins that sneak in when I am sleeping and change critical settings. I’m going with that.
