Online League Error Message

I cannot figure out how to get rid of this error that says, "Could not open a connection to the FTP server. I just started getting it out of the blue. I am in online leagues that use OOTP 23 and OOTP 24. I have both games installed on at least two computers. This error only happens on COMPUTER A and for just the OOTP 23 league. The exact same league files work great on COMPUTER B for this league. Also, COMPUTER A connects to my OOTP 24 league without any issues.

1) I have copied this entire folder from the working COMPUTER B to the problem COMPUTER A and it still doesn't work.

Documents > Out of the Park Developments > OOTP Baseball 23

2) I have downloaded the commish's data files and added them to the settings folder. I have imported the new accountsdata_gms.dat file from inside the FTP settings.

3) I have uninstalled and reinstalled OOTP 23
