Did your PT+ Membership expire before the items were given out? You need an active membership at the time the gifts were awarded.

Didn't realize that was a thing and/or required. That's cool. Might have to sign up for it after reading a bit about it. i usually just stick to F2P. thanx, i did think it was for everyone prior to your reply.
