Contract extension doesn't always fill in the dollar amount

I noticed not always the amount of the extension is recorded. It simply has () next ti the player's name under the transaction log and in the player's bio it just says contract renewed but not the dollar amount.

So far it just happened once but it was my most recent extension so not 100% sure it has fixed itself.

I don't recall anything too unusual about the extension..took several attempts and I think the emoji was showing a frown but not sure that would have anything to do with the dollar amount not populating.

Is the data in the "Renewed Contract Details" on the player's Contract screen correct, or is the dollar value missing there as well?

Well, I am now in the following year, would that matter?

All 3 players who I resigned in the previous year have the entire "Renewed Contract Details" blank but 2 of them have the actual dollar amount in their bio page and my transaction log.

No, it'll disappear from that section as soon as you reach July 1. I'm just wondering if it was a display error in one place, or if something was actually wrong with the contract itself. Did the player who had the () in his log get a normal salary the next season?
