League Values

Hello,

Could you perhaps provide us all playable (or even unplayable) league values?
E.g.
Nhl is 1.0
AHL is 0.79?

I thought we had that already on the League Rules screen, but apparently not. Probably makes sense to have it there, and when you're importing leagues to a custom game as well, I'll put that on the list of early changes to make.

It's fairly far down the to-do list right now, but I'll push it up a bit since it'd be pretty useful.

Jeff, it's already there. It gives all the ranges for each level when you create a custom league.
