yes, a big thank you from me also....I think this (ballpark creator) and your cap and jersey utilities are just such a fantastic help for those of us who are a bit challenged in creating these mods from scratch. I still make logos (that's all I can do) and thankfully I somehow learned how to over the years.

v0.1.1-beta of the desktop app has been released

Fixes an issue with running multiple apps (Sweater Factory, Jersey Maker, etc.) simultaneously.
Fixes the Windows installer, which was getting very confused about where to install things if you had more than one of the apps installed.

The ootputilities.com domain will be expiring on July 22, 2024, and the site will no longer be available after that time. I have not made any changes to the web apps in a number of years and have migrated all of my web-based apps to cross-platform desktop apps with the same (and in some cases improved) functionality. That being the case, I have decided that it is no longer worth spending my money on the web hosting.

I am closing a door, there's been a window open for quite a while. You can download the desktop apps at https://eriqjaffe.github.io or by clicking the link in my signature.

Version 0.2.0 of the desktop app has been released!

What's New

Parks created with this version can be re-loaded into the app. See below see below for more details on this.
A "shuffle" button has been added next to the park name field so you can randomly generate just the park name.

What's Changed

An XML file is no longer generated, and a ".park" file is generated instead. The .park file is just a plain text JSON file containing the same information (and more), but it's much simpler to generate and it is what gets used to load the data back into the app. The old XML files can not be reloaded at this time.
Bumped Electron version to 27.1.2.
Most events that had been on-screen buttons can now be accessed via the app's menus.
Converted all GET & POST calls to IPC & removed express dependency.
