Fixing Corrupted Save

Hi folks.
I was careless and didn't backup my save file, and of course I paid for it.
The game crashed and now when I try to load my league I get, "World.dat not found."

Is there anything to do or am I cooked?

look on the boards for the Auto save feature. Lucas has a write up on how to use it to restore a corrupt save ....
