Special Rules & Settings: Custom financials (see Rules link). Coaching and scouting disabled (so 100% scouting accuracy). Two subleagues, two divisions each so 5 teams in every division. No interleague play, best-of-7 division series, best-of-7 league championship series, best-of-9 WBA Championship Series. New owners may move teams but must keep them within the divisional geography. 1995 statistical settings were used for league creation; more/less offense and more/less pitching league evolution settings were originally left ON with all other evolution off, however statistical issues have caused us to move to a modified era_stats file to control statistical output. Stats+ is used for league functions where possible.

All of that and more explained in the rules link above. There are several custom tools pages that I coded to make participation easier. These include financial snapshots, a backup team export file upload tool, a page that checks for any contracts outside of league rules, position check for players being assigned incorrect positions, and a DFA status page that allows owners to check to see if they need to take care of any DFA issues without having to get into the game. Bump, Nairobi is still open and is currently up in our draft

Hey everyone I just wanted to take a moment to tout this league. We sim almost daily. Every GM is active. Incredible trade environment. This is a difficult league to do well in. We have a deep roster of crafty GMs to put you in your place! Even though the learning curve of this league is steep, Nairobi is in a great position to take advantage. Not only do they have a stacked farm and high picks in the current draft, they also have a ton of money to work with.

Do yourself a favor and join this league ASAP.

Bump, both Nairobi and Black Forest are available.

Black Forest had a great long-time GM who is a bit burned out on his talented roster underperforming, you know how that goes. But if you take them over you are taking over a good club.

Nairobi is in a trickier spot and in need of a rebuild, but has some good young pieces and there are some options for rebuild plans.

While teams are locked into general locations (these two are in either Africa or Europe), there are GMs who are currently willing to relocate to one of those places and who are currently in Asia and Latin America.

We have an opening in the Asian Division. Tokyo will be moving to the North American Division. The roster/org that is available is Los Angeles.

Just a note, there are multiple teams that may be willing to move to the Asian Division if a new owner would prefer the North American or Latin American Division. Open for discussion.

Nairobi Black Rhinos are open. They are stacked with young talent but need some last minute free agents before we start the season. This is a great franchise to jump in with. They've recently come out of a long rebuild and have lots of former top picks on the roster.
