2 way player playing 2 spots

Just started a game. I did not realize my two-way pitcher was starting, so I have him in the lineup playing LF. I have another player as DH. The game started as nomal. So I end up with my pitcher also playing LF. Has anyone seen this before? I tried replacing the LF but also have to change pitcher

I replaced him in LF after the first pitch. Not sure if this was coincidence but as a pitcher he was injured on the last play of the first.
